Financial, Environmental and Customer Service Performance

Under the Scheme of Control Agreement, various performance incentives and penalties are in place to encourage HK Electric to take proactive steps in sustaining high standards of operational and customer service performances, promoting energy efficiency and harnessing renewable energy in Hong Kong. Such incentives and penalties will impact on the HK Electric's Net Return.
