Account-by-Phone Service

Please call our 24-hour "Account-by-Phone Service" at 2887 3466 to access your account information as follows:

  • Current billing amount
  • Account balance
  • Last payment record
  • Request for a bill copy

Ways of Receiving the Bill

  • by post;
  • by e-mail;
  • by SMS; and
  • by fax

Please register our Account-On-Line Service on our website to arrange receiving bills by e-mail, SMS and/or fax.

Change of Postal Address

Change of postal address can be arranged by completing and returning the respective electronic form on our website.

Language of the Bill

Customer can opt to receive electricity bills in English or Chinese.
